We will provide a safe environment that complies with the latest government guidelines
The health and safety of staff and clients have always been the upmost importance to Fresh Heir.
During this pandemic we have implemented the following

we have undertaken a risk assessment and thorough review of the salon
-
the salon will be deep cleaned to the highest of standards for when we return
-
this includes a cleaning rota for all high touch areas hourly, styling sections and tools to be disinfected between all clients
-
sanitising stations throughout the salon
-
screens around the salon
-
fresh gowns and towels for each client, washed at 60 degrees with detol laundry liquid
-
improved air flow within the salon, helped by our new air purifiers

What to expect on your next visit
​
Client Arrival
​​
-
appointment only, no walk ins allowed
-
no food or drink to be brought into the salon
-
only one person per appointment, no guests allowed, exceptions in certain circumstances can be made by prior arrangement
-
clients to wait outside at the exact time of appointment, your stylist will greet you into the salon, as we have closed off our waiting area
-
please be on time for your appointment
-
please bear in mind if you are early you will have to wait outside until your appointment this is something we are trying to avoid as we don't want large queues outside
-
your stylist will advise you on salon procedures
-
use of sanitiser will be compulsory when entering the salon
-
face masks will be compulsory within the salon, these must fasten behind the ear. if you don't have one, we have disposables masks available that you can take with you when you leave the salon
-
masks must be worn at all times
-
clients to remain seated throughout your service
-
we are not storing clients coats as before, please bring a suitable bag to put your coat in, please keep unnecessary baggage to a minimum
-
toilet facilities are still available, guidance will be given by stylists

Client Departure
​

reception desk is out of bounds, do not congregate there unless instructed by your stylist
-
contactless payments and future bookings can be made in the comfort of your styling chair. although contactless payment is preferred, cash will be accepted

Team Fresh
​

we have undergone intensive training and have clear instructions on new salon procedures
-
we will be washing and sanitising before any service and throughout your time with us
-
masks and visors will be worn by all stylists where applicable
-
all staff will be required to not come to work and isolate if any symptoms are shown
